i think after 1 year of doing photo of the month we should enter the 12 winners and vote for the Photo Of The Year. what do you guys think?

Of the 6 winners since the POTM contest has been brought back, there has only been one aro pic win:grinno::headbang2 although there is one that has an aro in the back ground.

i guess i was talking out of the wrong end again. sorry. I just seem to remember the aro pics getting all the attention and some other really quality pics ignored, but I must just remember wrong...

I see more Aro pics than anything else, so it would make sense if they got more attention than the other photos.
POTY would be AWESOME though!!
BTW last month's winner was a snakehead I believe

Very true, this is MonsterFishKeepers and Arowanas are the Kings of the monster fish in home aquariums.

True, but with this being MFK the "monsters" will get more consideration.So in order for something "non-monster" to win, it's gonna have to be an extraordinary photo.

I agree, it should be all about the photo, and not what fish is in it. I'm just saying that I happen to see more aros than anything else.
I'd rather see a clear picture with a tiny fish, than a pixelated photo with a big fish.

why dont members just suggest their fav pic to admin and they can pick say 12 entries from the suggestion for the poty comp?
