Hey,

I currently have
1-clown pleco
1-tiger
and a
sultan(L264)


Im looking to buy 1 more pleco for my tank. I want one that looks a bit different than the ones I currently have. So tell me your suggestions and post a pic if you dont mind.

Gold Nuggets have always looked good to me.

and wheres a place online with a good assortment of plecos at a good price.

there are a lot of nice plecos that stay small.. my favorites are zebra L46, polka dot LDA33, flash pleco L204, queen arabesque L260 and blue phantom L128..

for those that grow big: goldline panaque L27, scarlet L25 and goldies or sunshine plecos ;)

L200 and L128..get those specimens with high fins..superb fish..

the lfs is getting a pleco shipment in tomorrow. So Ill pick one out. Probably a royal. :grinyes:

good choice, those are very nice plecos.. i'd get some as well if only they were available here :)

If you want a royal that won't turn into a monster, go for a dull eyed royal (also known as broken line royal) L191. I think they top out at about 10 inches.

I havent been able to find any plecs I am interested in at any lfs so im gonna order one online.
