id say that looks about 7 - 8 "? the red hooks dont get took much bigger than that

Ur temenis are still juveniles but i perfer dat color pattern better dan when they ar mature. Cuz i tink the adults look kinda washed up and the head becomes the dominate feature. Me i don't like em as much.

I had mine for almost two months.. I have 3 of them with a red tailed barracuda.. fist started feeding them guppies.. then i im feeding them med sized goldfish.. I got them when they werent even an inch... but THANKS TOO MY POWER FEEDING.. there about 4.5 inches now...its crazy ..and there only in a 35 gallon tank.. I just set up my 70g and its a very wide tank..

I was wondering I have been power feeding mine as well.. I have 5 pbass not even an inch and last week I offically had them for 2 months now and they like 5.5"...anyways what else can I feed them... I just been giving them feeders like gold fish...my cousin sold his three and there pretty big2 of them are 9" and the big one is like 14"...but they all have "holes in the head"... how do I prevent that and what else can I feed them.. its actually scarying me now lol.. please help!!!lol thanks

wow from undr 1" to 5.5" in 2 weeks.LOL. feeders should not be used as the staple diet of any fish. They have little to no nutritional value. Goldfish can lead to HITH. Also bad water conditions lead to that.

i feed mine feeder mollies...
occasionally shrimp and goldfish..
But what should should a peacock bass diet consist of?

varied diet is the best. shrimp, krill, silversides, pellets,,etc.

nice tem.. do you know where he is from? heres a few pics of my favorite guys... just transfered them into a bigger tank so there colors are a bit washed out. enjoy

wish i had some temensis like that..

mine are more darker now..
i've got 3 now and plan to add another 2.
i house them in a 90gallon tank... the biggest i have is about 7" and the 2 smaller ones are about 5-6"

lol those arent tems, those are orinos lol i have 3 tems though... just got them, i have to take some pics... do you know what type of tems those are or where there from?

now i should get my hands on some orinos..
i dont know which kind of temensis do i have though.. i got them a few months ago at a LFS in my area..
im guessing that thier from singapore since the supplier of that particular LFS gets from singaporean supplier of cichlids.

your from the philippines so im sure they are something good.... your guys are showing stress marks.... how long have they been dark for... do a 30-40 percent water change ... tha should brighten them up
