Hello, I am wanting to get Crenicichla Regani once I have room and the money... can you guys tell me any information on Crenicichla Regani? Like as in what it eats, breeding, size, temperament?

There is no need to google. I posted a thread this morning with three links to articles on regani on the pike forum.

Regani are PIMPIN dwarf pikes...personally i really like the Rio Tapajos strain...;). Better colors!! They do stay small, but are full of spunk. Get at least 5 of them, since dwarfs can be more aggressive than most pikes towards each other. let them pair up and remove the others. I wouldn't keep them in anything smaller than a 20gal..specially wit a pair! Larger the better! Driftwood is a definate bonus! Softer waters, lower pH will promote optimum colors. If your plannin on breedin its a must....also feeding live black worms and guppies helps to condition them...;).
