There are similar threads for other fish out there, so lets make one for the KING!
Post all pics armatus here! Though please limit fishing pictures to just jaw-dropping shots!!
Ill start with my guy. Pics are in chronological order from the day I got him (he is in a 29gallon for reference) 2 months and five days ago through pics I took five minutes ago!
It would be nice if people could post pictures with dates so we can get a clear picture (no pun intended  ) of their growth rates.

This is a pick of mine after getting home from the airport with it. Battery for comparison is a AA. Had to keep it divided from the other Payara cause it was quite literally small enough to easily be swallowed.
The only thing I have not got mine to eat yet is pellets and nightcrawlers.
He does eat market shrimp, freeze dried krill, smelt chunks, silversides and of coarse feeders. Has even taken to picking food up off the bottom rather than just while it's falling.
Aggression towards the other Payara was believed to be minimal. This was before it snatched one of my redtail's eyes. Unfortunatley there was no warning. http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i145/rflwagon/PICT9234.jpg

Mine came from River Wonders. The only vendor known to bring them in besides Shark Aquarium. Yes it's true Armatus. I knew this from day one...as it is very easy to tell when it's swimming with Tats. But there was a lot of skeptics......
You tell me............http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i145/rflwagon/PICT9668.jpg

I didn't even know what these guys were untill I had a chat with vamptrev (http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/member.php?u=19489)...
I'm now a big big fan of them...
if I ever have a big enough tank, I'd be getting some of these badboys!
Loving the pic's of everyones. cracking fish, more pics pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee :)
PS.
Can you guys share some general knowledge about these guys, how big they get, diet, what they can live with (that won't get murdered etc), how big a tank dop they need etc etc.
Would be great to learn more and seems like a lot of mfk'ers would love to know more too :)
