I just snagged these two guys (or gals) :headbang2
The smaller one is about 6 1/2 inches long!
Bigger one is a bit more than 7 inches long!

Looks good. Just don't expect to see them much and cover up all holes in the top.

Peacock Eels are one of my favorite fish I have right now. Awesome fish and you will enjoy mine seem to stay out and wonder more than hide so you could have active or unactive peacocks.

these eels are having a GOOD time in the tank ... got lucky - the one was (a few minutes ago) laying its head in "Mo" my biggest Bichirs ...
The one is more active than the other ... but at least the mellow one is out and around enough to enjoy!

Yeah mine rarely ever hides. He always out swimming around in that crazy pattern of his. Cool fish!

Great pick up.. how much did u pay for them, if u don't mind me asking..
I got these for something like $8.99 each
My hunch is that they were sent to the pet store by someone who was mad at their boss - that store NEVER has them this big! They are usually about 3 inches at that store.
