hey everyone I was wondering what a good cat for my 220 would be. I love the tiger shovelnose but I don't want a huge cat. I would like to stay in the 15-24" range. I was thinking a lima shovel but I would like more ideas of somthing a little more rare and exotic. I also am looking for a bottom to mid water dweller so it will stay out of the way of my arowana. thanks in advance

were you talking about the b.juruense? Planet catfish says it needs fast water and that won't go well with my aro. any other suggestions?

i think that's bs. I've never heard of any juruense keepers using a powerhead with their fish. Juruense is a good option for you.

actually, juruense catfish does likes to perch right infront of the current.

powerheads are not required, but they do enjoy a little extra flow of water.

Could always put the p-head lower down in the water so the surface where your aro will be most of the time wont be affected by the flow, and your cat still has the benifit of moving water :)
