Can't keep my breeding pair of Discus from eating their eggs. Pair, Red Carnation about 4.5 inches and a Red Mellon, 4.5 inches are over 1 year old. PH is just below 7 temp at 83. Had them in my 55 gallon with 6 other Discus and one Catfish and Pleco them moved them into a 25 breeding tank and did not have any success. I tried to pan raise the fry one time but got to the seventh day with no success but will keep trying. Any one hear about the nets placed over the breeding cones? Any success? I have a XP3 Canister filter in the 55 and use a sponge filter in the 25 and change that water 1 - 2 times a week about 25%
