Has anyone ever put piranha together with turtles?

Usually not a good idea to mix turtles and fish unless you don't like the fish-Anne

one guy put a baby alligator snapper with some spilopleuras, the spilos chewed up the turtle's feet and it died.

it's very likely that the piranha will attack the turtle. I strongly advise not to keep any animal with piranhas and I don't recomend mixing reptiles/amphibians with fishes.

Risky. Anything is fair game to Ps. Ive had Ps slash a pleco into two. Saw the pleco
still alive but missing his lower torso. Gruesome stuff.

I use to keep a channel cat with my RBP's once they got about 4" they ate the channel cat. :( I would hate to wake up to a shell with no turtle.

funny you brought this up, I just found a betta carcass in my turtle tank! (My wife forgot to put the betta back in its home after a matanance<[sp.]) I think it would probably depend on the type of turtle and size of both.
