I'd like to share with you some pictures of FHs bred in the Philippines. Mind you, these fish are not owned by me, they are just some of the FHs to be seen at our site. You can visit us at www.myfacs.com and just register so you can find out more about these greatly prized and high quality FHs.

nice ass fish. i am a FH fan. i know a lot of people arent but hey, to each their own. i think they are by far one of the coolest looking hybrids ever. i mean most people dont want them because they are not PURE blood. but i am not PURE blood so i dont care if my fish are either. as long as they look good and people label them as hybrids i see nothing wrong. thanks for sharing

so refreshing to hear that point of view . for a while, Hybrid fans
were afraid to voice out their preference because a bunch of cichlid purists
will cut your throat even if you remotely liked the way 'brids looked.
I remember going toe to toe with "bullies" of "other" forums because they would
try to knock down our appreciation of FH. I would often hear things like " Well what will you talk about Flowerhorns when they came out of nowhere, we cichlid fans like to talk about where they are native from, their habitat etc..

ya, i think its funny listening to some of the guys at AM but hey everyone has an opinion. i think that FH's are truly amazing looking fish and they are well worth people breeding. i dont believe that id pay some of the prices they ask for but im sure if i found the right one id pay a few bucks to get it. as long as people dont try and pass them off as new species i think all is good. i have a special love for wild caught and F1 cichlids, but i would not deny the beauty of a show FH

Thanks for the appreciative replies guys! I too have one time or another encountered purists who downgrade the beauty of the FH. Am glad to hear you guys voicing your opinion on this matter. Hey, if it looks good, it looks good. Be it a purebreed or a hybrid. Thanks again guys!

Nice FH!! I'm usually not a big fan of cichlids, but I know a good-looking fish when I see one!!
BTW, Who cares about "pure" or not!! Some of the best pets I've come across are 100% mutts!! ^^

Those are some nice FH and I love flowerhorns. I don't care if they're mutts or not, lol. They aren't just a random cross, they took a lot of crossbreeding and experimenting to get to where they are now... I love my hybrids!
