What to look for when picking a Flower Horn?

I really want to buy a small Flower Horn and raise it inside its own tank. What should I be looking for when picking one out? Color, behavior, etc.. Those are my possible selections.

I picked the most colorful/pearled one in the tank when I bought my small FH.
