Hi at this moment it above 120 it's around 125/130
does this harm the live rock?
just bought it and wanne to let it grow all over my other rocks

is there and medical stuff to let it grow faster?
and i got some normal lights on it at the time will this work?
as my halide lights got burned out
or better get new one's?
how many watts should they be cause would wanne have 2 1 for each seperated part hanging above it

PS added some pics what i took this morning just added some more old rock i had from previeus marine aquarium they are dead
take some more when water is clear again :nilly:
this will be live rock only maybe some seahorse or nemo's as it will be used for filter for my sharkpond see my other threat in sharks :nilly:

It will damage something. I keep my reef tanks at 78-80 degrees. Coraline might make it in that heat. Bristleworms and some other hitchhikers might survive. I have never had a tank that hot before. I lost my chiller when on vacation over the summer and the only thing that survived was a giant condy, 2 maroons, a couple mushrooms, scarlet hermits, blue hermits, nassarius snails, and a single green chromis. All of the SPS, HPS, leathers, gorgonians, clarkiis, polyps, frogspan, 4 green chromis, 2 fire shrimp, turbo snails, astrea snails, a 6 line wrasse all died. The tank was stinky. I emptied everything. Soaked the rock and had coraline growing in it again after a couple weeks.

Also with light keep it bright if you have coraline already developing. Otherwise you can let it soak and become alive with only room light.

I keep my SG at 1.024.

Heat is less then 125/130
Ment my SG is around 1.025/1.030 would that be bad?

i wouldnt let my SG get more than 1.025, depending on water temp

the temp is set on 78.8 degrees but metre gives 86 but not sure if that 1 is working correctly have to see if i have any others else just some ice cubes so SG goes lower to :nilly:
would is be very bad if it's like 1.026
cause it's on 1.025 or 1.026
going to check it again after i watch wwe :nilly: or next commercial

1.025 or 1.026 will not be too bad. Just make sure the temp and SG are stable. I always try to do 1.024.

yeah going to stable it to 1.024 and the right temp
thanks for all the help commercial now so going to test it again :nilly:

What's your reasoning for wasting so much $alt? Unless you are keeping corals in there, 1.020-22 is fine for fish only.

I got the water like this but i got it at 1:024 now just till i finish my sharkpond what will connect true some filter to that tank so there won't be any live rock in my shark/stingraypond :D
and then i will get it to 1.020 again or store some more in containers and get it sooner to that level but wanne finish the pond quikly and as i doesn't hurt the live rock will be fine for now will be having some coral in it to later on :D when finishing it all

I just started this is a big project as i will be used later on for even a bigger saltwater tank as filters :nilly::nilly::nilly::nilly::nilly::nilly::nilly:

next shark/stingpond will be huge :nilly::nilly::nilly::nilly::nilly::nilly:
