help my kribs are acting weird there just siten on the bottem and i could just reach in and grab them i want to know if anyone knows of this fast reply please oh ya all the other fish in the tank are fine listed here 1 aro, 2 lampeye fish, 1 baby rainbow fish, and 2 horse face laoches every thing other than the kribs are fine so i dont get it

when was the last water change? last feeding? waht did you feed? were the lights just recently off?

i need more info than "ZOMG MY FISH ARE SITTING ON THE GRAVEL!! WHAT DO I DO."

i know but i only have one test ph i do it now and i feed them black worms and micro pellits i list all that i can in following post after i get ph

last feeding was after school at 3:00
light were on
last water chang was about a month ago
temp is 78 degrees

oh ya they were on the bottem having rapid gill movements and mouths gaping

Why an 80% water change? That sounds silly to me.

especially with all the other fish he has in his tank. Maybe you should ask him what size tank he has?

its a 40 gal and i emptyed the tank early morning

bolth of them died to day i did an autopsy on the male and he died like 10 mins before and when i cut him open this fluid that stank of rotten fish came out further investegation showed his spine was swolan and detereated.

i had a mated pair of kirbs that would do that. It seems they are intimidated by the other fish. They are shell dwellers and adding a couple shell would get them more comfortable. As for thet water changes, wouldnt they be on on top of the water instead of on the gravel?
