was woundering if old (around 5-6 year) drift wood that has been used non stop can still lower water PH? wont all the tennins be leached out by now?

depends on the water it used to be in too... could hold things that it absorbed

hello' i was wondering if i can put a piece of wood it looks like drift wood in my pirahnas tank?i clean the wood out scapted it but never soaked it....
