The beer is called Terrible brewed by Unibroue. Im a BIG beer drinker and this beer is my favorite bar none!

that's pretty bad ass, my armatus use to do that too with smelts, since my move, it hasn't eaten at all! not even jumbotron feeders! he'll charge at it, then turn away, its been about 40 days since he's eaten, doesn't look too skinny, but i'm almost getting a bit worried. the water is perfect, and he's looking good otherwise.

where can you get that beer from? i'm usually a new castle type of guy...

Like I said it was much easier then I thought. Just four days of starvation, a shrimp tied to a fishing pole (fed that way the first couple times) then viola...armatus on shrimp!

Im hoping to try some other foods like whole fresh smelt, catfish fillets, clams, ect. I do stuff the shrimp with a high quality pellet so it should be good nutrition in its self.
