Just picked this guy up today.
Leirius pictus.......The last pic shows the lenght of his whiskers!!
Thats a big boy cichlidmaster! You got it at a LFS or online?

Love them, and now that I have a jurense I might just have to do a medium sized catfish tank so that I can keep these, my jurense and maybe a tig in the future. My limas also if they get big enough, and I am sure at this rate they will.

Unfortunately that "cool pleco" decided to go on a rampage a few nights ago!!
Took a nice chunk out of the pictus dorsal as well as shredded my RTC dorsal!!
The pictus is now in his own take and the RTC....well he will have to fend for himself for now as no more tanks to put him in!!
Will continue to monitor the RTC to make sure no more damage comes to him.....if it does the pleco goes!!!!
