a shop just got 1 from tuic and i was thinking about it but had to go out of town for the weekend. My brother calls me up and ask if i wanted anything, I clowned with him telling him to get the Tapajos Red ($80) or lenticulata ($1??). He decided on the Scotti. So Ill have a nice pic up next week when I get back home.
They got some smaller red's for $10 which ill check out when i get back.

The damn rich dude called in for the red and lent pikes so they werent for sale anymore anyway. :swear:

yeah the 2 red's were 1ft and the Lent was about 6-7" but 80 and 125 were out of my range and I have no more room. But here are 3 pics of my Scotti. Another active sucker thats hard to get a decent pic of.
Dont the females have the Marking under the eye?

Umm...dunno where you got Scotti outa that...cuz that looks more like Crenicichla cincta to me....LoL!! You got yourself one of the biggest and most aggressive pike cichlids brotha!! LoL!

he had a scotti when I was there but when my brother went, he had just got a new shipment in so I guess he put him in the same tank but didnt change the sticker or my :screwy: brother wasnt paying attention.
When I got home and saw him I said it didnt look the same as the one I saw but shrugged it off.
thanks for the info, I was just lookin up the same thing.

Def makes for an active tank though with the Wolf, Ode and my big TF mix
