Infinite Aquatics has the pikes listed for sale as Cren sp. they appear to be two different species. The one on the right reminds me of Atabapo but not sure.

Cant see the flowering on top very well but I believe so.

looks like atabapo sp left and fire on the right.
I've seen 3 or so pics of fisherman with the left one labeled as atabapo.

Do Atabapo have freckling on face like the one on the left?

No face freckles on any Atabapos ~ (( maybe on juvies? ))
left pike is some lent type - right pike sure looks like a 'fire' <from that angle> -has eye drops + distinctive spaced vert. bars above lateral line.

most pics are out of the water so never really see any...
like this pic which Kutty says "This is a closely related species to C. marmorata and C. lenticulata."
