whats the difference between a spotted gar and a florida gar?

different species
Lepisosteus oculatus- spotted gar
Lepisosteus platyrhincus- florida gar
otherwise the sizes and care are the same

The difference between the to gar is that spotted gar have more broader and shorter shout than the florida gar. The florida gar have more longer and narrower than the spotted gar
