I got some live rock with the aquarium I bought used. It is dried out, and before that it was in a freshwater tank. What makes live rock 'live rock'? I'm assuming all the stuff that used to be on it is dead. Can I still sell it as live rock, or not? I don't need it, because I'm setting up a CA cichlid tank and it will raise the ph. Thanks
