how to tell pond gallons...

hi,

I have a pond that i dug last summer, it is sort of an irregular shape.
How would i find out how many gallons of water it holds?

if its more round than rectangle then use rough round dimensions like for example 6diamater by 4 deep or if retangulary go where it longest deepest and widest dimentions hope this help

Mentally divide the pond into smaller squares and rectangles, figure each one and add them together, that will get you close.
