I finally got my first lung...:D
He is perfect.. Not HITH or anything.. Looks a bit skinny... He is about 12"...
Can i feed him Beefheart ?

Very nice pick up. I'm sure he'll be a favorite in no time.
That is pretty braze of you to hand feed him something as small as blood worms. I'll hand feed mine jumbo shrimp, but once I hear that loud *SNAP*, I start to question if it's a good idea to let my fingers get that close. :D

Any other options on substate ?

I like the dense substrates for my lung. I'm using sand right now because considering he takes bigger dumps than my girlfriends cats, I figure it's a good idea to be able to vacuum it right off the surface ASAP. :D

Nice lungfish! I think mine's the same species, got mine when he's 6" and 3 years later he's 18". :P
I have to feed my lung as he struggles to find the food if it is just dropped in
plus the oscar goes crazy the second any food is introduced
