It's a Myer's Hillstream Loach. They're bodies are hard to get off the glass if they are sticking to it. and their underside is basically is transparent. They need high levels of oxygen, and lots of plants. So, they aren't really plecos, and aren't in need of high demand. They don't get larger then 10".

Okay, there is a problem here. I have seen several species sold as hillstream loachs, all are in trhe Balitoridae family and all have similar habits but some are cool water and some are tropical. They range in adult size from only 2" to almost 10". They come from at least four genus.here is a picture of the 3-4" Gastromyzon punctulatus from Borneo (from Greenpark fish farm), one of the 3" Beaufortiis (by Ben Wells), and one of the 5" Hemimyzon taitungesis (by Liao. T)

ive seen those for sale, are they uncommon?
Not really uncommon, I found a current listing for them at $ 1.50 US in Singapore. About $5-6 here. Great fish for a tetra tank, I think they look like little torpedo rays.
