do you know how to vent test to check? If not see if it has a U shaped hole or V if it is U than you have a female:D

you want a good quality high protien pellet as a staple, and mix it up with shrimp, worms, and whatever else you have they are not picky
35.00$it was beat up by a pacu was it a good deal?
It has really good color i love the fish alot it will be sweet when it's healed up.
