CRABZILLA UPDATE......

He just molted and I have dried out his molt for others to see what he looks like.
Here he is in an 8" bowl with an earlier molt for caomparison on growth......

NO.
I keep an eye on him when I put my hand in the tank. I usually keep him at bay with an algae scraper and use my other hand for cleaning the tank while never taking my eyes off of him!LOL

thats an awesome crab ive had a big drifter crab my self and he was mean but yours has claws that look like they can break steal lol. and i also noticed that you had some caulerpa taxifolia in the backgound of the first pic, be careful with that stuff.

He is 2 years old and was the size of a dime when I got him as a hitchiker on liverock.

I was just thinking about this thread the other day. I caught some babies the last time I went collecting on the coast, but they didn't survive with the live rock curing. :( I was thinking of going just to collect some babies this time. I have a SW tank that is mostly empty.
