Ok, this sounds weird but I had this REALLY BIG bean (they wash up on the beach certain times of the year where I use to live in Fla.) that I use to keep in my 55 gal for my fish to play with. It would float and they loved pushing it around. It also served as a distraction because 2 of my fish at the time didn't get along and it was constantly moving around.... Lost the darn thing when I moved..... Wonder where it's at?! Hmmm.....

try like tennis balls and just things that float. They will push it around and have all sorts of fun.

How about those plastic balls you get from the candy machine with something sparkley (spell?) like a bell perhaps?

ooops sorry wrong button  its cool to have stuff for them to play with. on the top like they sell in the koistore by me (no joke its called the koistore :) ) but its better to not get them to used to coming to the top so much unless its to eat or interact with u . reason is if they come up to play with small toys like little floatys and ping pong balls any think that falls on the top means play time :woot: that can be from a leaf to a racoon's little paw reaching out to ur koi when ur out partying hard :headbang2 :headbang2 but they do sell (koitoys  ) out there and there is alot of diferent kinds but the coolest one ive seen and had before my killerkoi became one large order of sashimi :) togo 4 a dam cat:swear: was called a tug-a-bell it was a small fishing float and one side on the top had a small bell and the bottum was a thick 15''long fishing line with a lite led wieght colored bright oranges and when they past by it the koi would grap the wieght and the bell would ring so even if u near the pond u would hear the bell a think FISH ON!!!!!! :lol2: OH BTW that is ironic :iagree:

It would be a pretty big koi to actually swallow a ping pong ball but I suppose one could.
