Nice buy ! they can grow to around 6" but they are slow growing ! so when they get big you gonna need to move to larger accomadation !

I just asked, cuz you said that your moving your loaches when they double they're size. That's why i asked how big your ray, as ray would eat anything that fits in their mouth.

Clowns can reach 12" long but it takes many years.

Plan on buying some rid-ich with all those clowns! Show us a tank pic!

Salt is better than rid-ich for clowns (and most fish), clowns are VERY sensitive to many meds. Avoid products containing formalin or copper, above all do NOT use clout, even 1/2 strengthdoses can kill clown loaches.

I don't know why people always think clowns get ick so easily. After years of keeping clowns I don't think mine have ever gotten it...currently my school is over fifty clowns mixed with a bunch of other fish.

....but I just wanted to add my 2 cents and let you guys know you can often get screaming deals on clown schools on aquabid...the seller used to be "majestic enterprises" but I don't know if he is still on there or not. I haven't looked in a long time.
