Who would be interested in participating.

Time to put a few faces to the names. Perhaps we can make it an event where we can bring stuff to trade or sell?

Have a raffle, have some BBQ, etc..etc...

I will talk to Li and DocJ...in addition to others in the hobby who maybe able to participate to perhaps speak and offer an open forum discussion on issue related to the hobby.

I think many of us our the NEW BREED of Fishkeepers in the HOBBY. So a forum where people can debate (old school vs new school) of fish keeping can be discussed. I'm sure we are frowned upon by many in the hobby for our interest in MONSTER FISH and the ability to house the fish we keep in adequate condition. Since TFH is now affiliated w/MFK perhaps we can get some coverage on the event and get an article to show the MONSTER movement. This way people outside of our community can have an idea and glimpse of our monster culture.

This will be FUN, EDUCATIONAL, & INSPIRATIONAL.

Date is still tentative as I need to discuss what Li's schedule is? He said he was planning on visiting So.Cal so the meet will be planned around his time schedule. The location is set to be @ THE HOUSE OF SAM. This is in Los Angeles where the 405 fwy meets the 10 fwy. The actual address will be given out closer to the date of the event.
