I own a 10" fire eel about 1yr old...all he will eat is pre-cooked shelled shrimp, very picky

Get used to it, They are really finicky about food. Mine will only eat frozen bloodworms so I have to put VITA~CHEM on it so it gets all the vitamins it needs.

My last FE had a preference for Endler's livebearers and guppies. Occassionally, he might eat bloodworms and crayfish larvae.
