I have noticed recently some pretty bad lesions on the side of my anyelfish. They appear to be infected. Could this be the result of another fish attacking it or is it just diseased?
Can anyone identify the cause of disease? I have a hospital tank but does anyone have any reccomended medications?

On one side there is a red mark above the eye and on the other are three large white circles that look fuzzy. Sorry for the poor quality pictures, it's an old camera.
