My favorite bass lure has been the rattlin' rapala 1 1/2" shad color. It was the first lure I bought and its always my last resort lure. The bass and bowfin in my lake love it.

Popper for pond surface lure. I use live crayfish for smallies in the lake they just cant resist. Rosy reds or big shinners work well also.

Even though I don't catch as much, I love using a jitterbug on calm water. The way the bass hit that thing is just as much fun as bringing them in!

I just use plain plastic worms, my favorite company for them is zoom, hook them right in the smooth collar not fancy. Largemouths by me almost never disapoint when fishing in this manner.

I use a black and silver medium sized Rapala shad rap. If I don't catch a fish in the first few tosses, it's time to move the boat. It is my fish finder.

I am a topwater woman myself, in particular poppers.. Or a watermelon finesse worm... Or lizard..

DH loves to experiment, he makes jigs so likes to play with those...

Silver spinner.
I used to use hula poppers all the time, but they take time and patience.
Now I do most of my fishing with my 2 sons so I need to get a few casts in between helping them.:D

Black Gulp paddle tail worm texas rigged with no weight. kills on the way down and if they dont hit it on the descent twitching it brings in the big ones. at night a spook brings in huge hits...nothing like hearing a huge splash followed by a screeching run in the darkness of night. i want to go fighing now...
