Pbass ID update

ok so i know i got mix answers on the pbass id on my last thread. so i went back to day to ask the guy. he still didnt know. so he said he would hook me up with 2. so i said y not, so here are the pics, what u guys think

I'm going to go with monos.

At first glance, the top fish looked like a cross between an orino and a mono, and that may be a possibility, but the second fish definitely looks mono.

They are very cool looking, especially the first one.

Very nice. Can't say what it is but sure looks nice. Here's my theory.

If it's a LFS and it was just picked up from the wholesaler chances could be that it's an asia farmie which could be a cross? so perhaps a hybrid.

If it came from a reliable source who say's it's wild. Then he can advised where it was caught? Then you will have an idea what specie it will be.

That is why having a reliable source to let you know where it was attained sure helps.

Neverthless it's awesome looking and I would buy them =-)

well ill haft to ask him, i know he gets most his fish from thiland i think he said a while back so maybe there from there. most fish he sells he says there wild but i doubt it. hmmm

funny thing is is he got them all together same batch, so it would be crazy if they where mixed. posssiable yes but i dont think so. i think there all the same, if its a mono i think a hybrid of some sort.
