so for the socal meet on sunday the 26th of july we have to decide if were gonna have a "potluck" - bring a main dish and a side or a "bbq" - all you can eat for a $10 charge?
i got $10 on it!

i think pot luck will be hard.. i think pay adminssion will be a better idea...
$10 bucks per person get you food, drink, free raffles (from at least 2+ vendors) , Free t-shirt, Tour, much more...

$10 per person..... then let people bring stuff if they want example cookies cake some special food they like they can bring it or what not.....

I say its $10 for members and $5 for guests. With 75 persons with 50 being members thats $750 for food which I think is more than enough.

Dont think $750 is enough. guest should pay $10.00 but if they are 10 and under $5.00 since they wont eat much

we will get the menu and will finalize this meet in couple days...
