I was at the store and I was gonna pick up a couple more clown loaches, then I saw these guys. They move and act like clowns but aren't. I don't remember their name though.
Any ideas? Sorry for the crappy camera phone pics. I still haven't bought a real camera. These Sh***y quality images do not do their color and patterns justice at all.

cant tell from the pics but it might be a botia of some sort.
try loaches.com you might find a better pic there.

deffinitly some kind of botia, there are a few different kinds available with those markings, all of them that i know of stay small, realitive cheap especialy compared to clown loachs, hardy and are very peacefull

Yeah it looks like Botia lohachata, Pakistani Loach

I thnk they look more like Botia kubotai. In either case, I think they would look good intermixed with a group of clowns.

Without better pictures it is hard to tell, they could also be monkey loaches (sp?), or even Botia nigrolineatus.

Yeah I know my camera sucks bad. I need to get a good digi cam. What would be a good camera for under 350?
