i have never figured it out. maybe someone can tell me and then slap me for being a tard. what does the names mean under you name, like mine is USMCtanker and under it its Datnoid and that has changed a couple of times. what do these mean, who changes them, is it some kinda rank system. i feel like a retard someone help thanks :screwy:

its a rank system goes up with a hundred posts i believe its automated i'm sure if you derserve a special title the mods will give it too you lol

its a rank system to how many posts you have, it changes after ever 50 posts after you get to a certain number then at a point it takes more posts to get it to change.

On MFK, you can't change your title. PM Neoprodigy, and he will change it... but not necessarily to what you want. :D

The program used for MFK is the same basic program that most online forums use. If you want your title changed, PM Neoprodigy.

Thus a rank system that 'rewards' people for clogging up the system seems weird. The 'puter knows when I'm on here, it welcomes me and tells me when I was last here etc. I reckon there's a better system by which to rank people, unless of course it's really only another thing to confuse us newbs.

One of the hardest things for a new member is just working out what goes on, how to be involved and what to do to enjoy the site. When no one tells you what's going, the fun things can be lost to new members. Then there's a risk they isolate you from the site rather than helping you feel included.

Then again, I can tend to be too serious about some things. You may not believe it, but some people even think that about my interest in fishies. That's just me, take the good with the bad.

Another problem I have is that I talk too much. SOmetimes I even write too much. Then reading through my posts is even worse than reading a dozen 'bump's and 'cool's.

Bump-used to push the thread back to new posts for others to be able to see and answer it. We have a rule for bump. Do it once a day only. Any abuse by overusing it will result in post deletions.

Banned-People who violate the forum rules are banned from the site temporarily or permanently depending on the circumstances.
