I usually wait 3 weeks till I strip them, by then the babies should already have their yolk sacs. How big are your females and do you have an egg tumbler. When I strip my females, I tumble the fry to make sure they get enough oxygen. Here are a couple of great articles. Should help a lot. Good read. :)

If you dont have a tumbler strip them in week 3.Or you could put one of the females in the 20l and let her spit when she is ready. Its cool to watch her care for them, when she has a tank to herself, she will let them out and take them back in.

Probably, what are the dimensions? They can get aggressive towrds eachother though. I say give it a try.

Absolutely, that should be fine. Go ahead and do it then. All should be good for you. Good luck.

Great advice so far! Also remember if one female becomes too aggressive stripe her and move her out.

Yep totally agree with Mike. You wouldn't want a female swallowing her babies due to aggression and get hurt.
