View Full Version : Baby Rhom
Here are the latest updates on my rhom, I purchased him from Jon I believe in October of 2004.
He's around 4". His colors developed nicely in the past 3 months, and the red coloration on the gill plates are intensifying.
He has tankmates too! lol There are 2 female guppies living with him for the past 3 days, probably the longest times he has lived with any fish without a divider.

A great looking fish. How large was he when you purchased him? how often do you feed him?
He was probably around 1-1.5" when I got him. I feed him 2-3 times a day, but lately I've been busy/lazy and slacking on the feeding schedules. :

Its growing fast.. specially for a Rhom!
it's a very personable fish, alot of people say baby rhoms are shy and stuff but mine will beg for food and eat from my hand just like any other fish i've had (of course I'm not talking about tetras here).

He's looking great.
Haven't heard from the person who bought that rhom from me back in 2005... but last time I checked it was measured around 6 or 7 inches and doing pretty damn good.
And it's true, the fish ate rice.
