Hm.. Fahakas come from Africa and they have a yellow tail.. So does a Mbu.
What oh what could it be?!

Good point. There are lots of common names for the same species of puffers! Mine is known as palembangensis, humpback, dragon and I've also seen as Hong Kong puffer. Also, was sold to me as a red-eye......

also supposed to be 100% freshwater and around $40 for 3 inches?

Do you know how big it gets?! Miles is prob right. Fahaka's I believe get to be about the size of a football, where MBU's get HUGE!!! They are both beautiful fish that have yellow tails. Fahaka's have a stipe pattern while MBU's have almost a brain like pattern on them.... (only thing I could think of to discribe it....) Sure others have pics.
