While young that will be fine, but as they grow that will be too small of a space.

5 or 6 angels is probably ideal for a tank that size.

^i had 3 angels that used to be into some freaky stuff and yes they would three way it was really dirty rated R

Angel fish are real angles. Very peaceful creatures ! Well if the angle fish are fully grown to a size then you will have to gauge it yourself whether your tank will be too cramped for them or no. Cos if it crowded then they would need more oxygen to stay healthy or else the weaker ones will pine off. May be 5 - 6 angles will be fine.
