Care to share your lighting setup?

My lighting set up is pretty starightforward. 2 overhead flashes set up in this case about 2 feet apart. I wanted to recreate the look of what you might see if you were swimming in a river through the murky water so I simply shot the flashes directly down onto the aro. :)
