ive seen people on mfk keeping them in theyre tanks with fish?
and from the pics i cant see a place for them to bask or just chill out
is this safe?
are they fully aquatic?

maybe not fully aquatic. they do like plants that are tall and they can rest with there head out of the water, but they dont bask like most turts.:)

and ps, dude your up late. do you have like a restless mind or something?:grinno: i know i do

They're not fully, fully, aquatic. I 'd say they should not be kept with fish if you cherish the fish..they'll end up harassing and eating them.

turtles in with fish is bad. Their mouths are seriously underrated. They could tank a chunk out of any fish. no matter what size.

They do bask, just not as much as say sliders.

Also one of the main parts of their diets in the wild is....well....fish!

After snappers I think these guys are the worst to keep with fish.
