Heres my 20" West african lungfish, hes without a doubt m favoruit fish, ive had him for 8 months and hes grown considerabley and got much fatter, hes more like friend than a pet if you can belive me!

I kiss him through the glass id pet him but he doesnt like it and gets scared. LOL

my lung loves all and any attention, i normally hold him in the tank and stroke the back of his head n he seems to like that in as far as he never attempts to move away.

I always make sure he's been fed first though :/

i pet my old one too.
but even if hes well fed he still thinks im tryign to handfeed him when im not.

Hes a great fish and i love him to bits, ive never been attached to a fish like i am with Lungy

Hi lovly fish do any of the shops close to you have any lungfish in stock as i have never seen one this side of uk

ive been to manchester / macclesfield / stoke / chesterfield / sheffield but stil i have never seen a lungfish,

how much did yours cost you and what size was he when you origionally bought him?

Wharf aquatics usally have em in ito mine from there at 12" for £45, were i work were gonna geta few in.
