they are brakish fish but ive seen them in freshwater

mine is in with my cichlids he is tech. a brackish fish but super easy to keep in fresh

I wouldnt say super easy, they are very prone to disease in freshwater...

he eats anything he can gulp up ghost shrimp flake blood worms brine shrimp and i havent had a problem with him in fresh water yet and hes almost a year old

not a fan of em, but he's not bad, monsta! lol
doesn't comverting from brackish to fresh also shorten their life though [it has to do with the different osmosis processes they have i thought]

im not sure about the whole thing hes been in fresh from day one and hes was about 4" long so hes doin pretty good if u ask me
Very nice, glad he's feeding for you, sometimes they go off feed when they are kept in fw.

that's good. i mainly asked bc i picked up a bumblebee who had been kept previously in fresh, and i was afraid that he wouldn't do well, but his colors are great and he's a happy little guy.
