no this thread is not about the wels catfish... i have been wanting to get a lungfish for sometime now and i dont know wich kind to get.. any suggestions and were to get one cheap...i really want and aussie..

Neoceratodus forsteri - Queensland Lungfish
Protopterus amphibius - gilled African lungfish
and leaves
Protopterus aethiopicus - Marbled Lungfish
Protopterus annectens - African Lungfish
Protopterus dolloi - Slender Lungfish
Lepidosiren paradoxa - South American Lungfish
An if you want to mix with other fish it narrows down to
Lepidosiren paradoxa - South American Lungfish which tends to tolerate tankmates better then the African species-Anne

Anne's right, you won't get a cheap Aussie, but annectens aren't too bad, price-wise.
