Dragonfish Canada acts purely as brokers. We purchase en masse from farms, but at the same time offer a lower price for preordering fish. Most of the time all our fish have been reserved before they land in Canada. We are not responsible for DOAs both upon arrival into Canada and transhipping within Canada. That said, if anything does happen, we work with the customer to resolve the matter, we will not leave you hanging.
