for those who remember the recent thread "standard procedure" and where it went, to hell. it turned into a truly stupid posting of bad info. i was one of the ones that went a little overboard on the name calling, i apologized in that thread. i just thought it would be good for ya all to see my standard procedure. if i get bit thats it i get bit the snake in no way is going to be harmed. this is moose, most of you have seen the size of him. he was in one of his curious moods today, so i got these pics.

wow....don't like his looks staring at you...

Wow, he is a pretty boy....

That being said, if I thought my life was in danger, or anyone else's life was in danger, I would end the snakes life.

However, if you get bit, you get bit. Thats what happens when you play with snakes. If the snake was just doing a warning bite, I wouldn't mind.

Its when the snake is trying to take me out, thats when I will kill it.

I used to think dog bites were bad, until an 8'+ red tailed boa chomped my arm...that hurts!

Lol. I would take a dog bite over a snake or cat bite anyday.

Big and pretty!!! Just the way they should be.
