Try some smelly types of food like tuna, frozen shrimp and fish fillets. Your turtle should also be on some brand of turtle pellet like Reptomin to get important vitamins and minerals.

like one of the member posted they have them in like 2.64 lbs also which i am planning to get for 30 bucks or so. Ebay has it ! its by Tetra and my turtles love it and it hard to get them on other brands. I also tried a brand called Mazuri but that was for my diamondback terrapin because it was on Mazuri from the previous breeder (heard Mazuri is very good also). Trying to get it to switch to reptomin

IMO it's the only tetra product worth using, it's a good staple diet.

A trick I have used several times is feeder minnows. WAIT, don't get all up in arms yet. I put 2 or 3 in and then add some food, the feeders are on the food in no time. Helps get the turtle to notice.

I've also had luck with tuna, bloodworms, and cilantro (not too much)
