What is good to feed them i have seen him going up to pellets but never eating them he is about 4-5".

mine is about the same size and eats floating cichlid pellets, but has also eaten feeders (only once and was more into it than my dat), and the occasional cricket.

Mine eat anything. Minly feeding Hikari: food sticks, sinking carnivore, bio gold, koi spirulina, oranda, cichlid gold and also Dainichi

Usually stores don't you need to ask them if they can order them. If not your next best bet is online.

You may need to wean your Archers. Try frozen bloodworms and/or crickets, and then occasionally give them a few pellets. I eventually got mine to eat flake foods, so it shouldn't be a problem getting them onto dry foods.
