another thread asked about pics of huge clown knifes so lets see them i will load a pic of my 18 incher tonight florida state record for fishing clown knifes is 30"+ 10+ lbs wait wait wait i know ck are from africa but people have let them go in the canals of florida and they have prospered

hes an awesome royal i would like to get another one i had one along time ago and he never got as big as my ck i have now

I have heard that royal never seem to reach the same size as regular clowns. Also as with my own experiences with them they are not as hardy as regular clowns. they are pretty though

What are you guys seeing for growth rates? Inches per month?

for my previous royal it was under an inch per month

i would say some months more than others mine has averaged about 1.5" per month he grows fast hes a pig he eats just about everykind of food you could put in there a wide varied diet i would say from my experience if you want a monster one

I am thinking on either getting a 10" royal knife or a 16" clown knife but don't know which one? (they are from sharkaquarium) don't know the spots on them but what do you guys think? I will post pics once they reside in the 220
