I know the farthest right in the second pic is a lap. What are the others?

All (including the one that shows more stripes and contrast) the bichirs in your pics are the standard lapradei ('standard' meaning the Nigerian kind).

Hmm the two in the first pic look like Congicus to me Especially the one on the right i could be wrong though

THe left three in the bottom pic are the new guys. Supposedly 2 congicus and 1 lap.

i'm sure all of them are lapradei.
like jerrytsk said, head shape is lapradei, and you can tell from all the other features too, for example, patterns.
